We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Our products are digital downloads, delivered instantly.
Money-back guarantee. If a product isn't right for you, email support@northstarlogic.co.uk within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund.
How long refunds take. Once we approve your refund we process it right away. It then typically takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear back on your card or account, depending on your bank or card provider. We'll always confirm by email when your refund has been issued.
Faulty or not-as-described files. If a file is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a replacement or a full refund — just contact us.
Your cancellation rights (UK). For instant digital downloads, by completing your purchase and ticking the consent box at checkout you ask us to provide the product immediately and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once the download has begun. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
NorthStar Logic ("we") respects your privacy and handles your data in line with UK data-protection law (UK GDPR).
What we collect. Your name and email address, and — if you buy — order details. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
Why (lawful basis). To fulfil your order and provide support (performance of a contract), and — only if you opt in — to send you helpful updates (consent, which you can withdraw any time).
Who processes your data. Our checkout and delivery provider (Payhip) and our payment provider, who act as processors. We do not sell your data.
Retention. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and support, then delete them.

The products. NorthStar Logic sells digital business tools and guides for personal and business use. You receive a licence to use them in your own business; you may not resell or redistribute the files.
Not professional advice. Our tools are practical aids, not professional advice. Tax and finance tools are for organisation and estimation only and do not replace advice from a qualified accountant or adviser. The MTD Ready Kit is a record-keeping toolkit, not HMRC filing software, and pairs with MTD-compatible bridging software to submit. Figures depend on the information you enter, and UK tax figures use England rates.
Delivery. Products are delivered instantly as digital downloads after payment.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
